Mail and Packages

You can use 1310 East 2nd Street Austin Texas 78702 to receive mail and packages.

We have a mailbox on the South Entrance Gate.

Packages will generally be delivered to the porch of the South Entrance.

It is recommended that you use Amazon or USPS as delivery providers. Amazon will generally deliver to the South Entrance past the gate. USPS will generally deliver to the East Entrance past the gate. Fedex however will sometimes leave packages outside the gate, which exposes it to be stolen if it is not picked up on time.

This is why we leave the South Entrance Gate unlocked to make it easy to open.

When you pick up mail or packages intended for another resident, or for the house, please place them on the console table on the East Entrance. This is our main ingress/egress point.

The community manager will also look for mail and packages and leave it there.
