These lease agreements are for direct leases with Zeta House outside of booking platforms like AirBnB.

Long Term Lease (>= 30 Nights)​

Take note that short term leases have a 17% hotel tax rate applied on all revenue including rent and fees.

This is 11% for City of Austin and 6% for State of Texas.

Note that Zeta House does not provide short term leases. This agreement is provided as an exception.
