Facilities

Kitchen​

The kitchen is a shared space and is expected to be kept clean and functional at all times.

  • Wash, dry, and put away dishes immediately after use
  • Wipe down counters, stove, and sink after cooking
  • Label personal food items with name and date
  • Discard expired food weekly
  • Do not leave appliances running unattended
  • Report any broken appliances or plumbing issues immediately

Laundry​

Laundry facilities are available for resident use.

  • Do not overload machines
  • Clean lint trap after each dryer cycle
  • Remove clothing promptly after cycle completes
  • Report leaks, unusual noises, or malfunctioning equipment

Office​

The office is a quiet work space.

  • No phone calls in shared areas unless brief, or permission is granted from others co-working in office
  • Use headphones for media
  • Keep desks clear and wipe surfaces after use
  • Do not relocate equipment without approval

WiFi​

Google Fiber wifi and ethernet are provided throughout the property.

  • Do not share credentials outside the house
  • Avoid heavy downloads during peak hours
  • Report connectivity issues via the maintenance channel
