Office
The office is a shared productivity space. Please treat it as a quiet working environment.
CO2 Monitor
- Monitor indoor air quality during extended use.
- If CO2 exceeds 1000 ppm, open windows or run ventilation.
- Do not unplug or relocate the monitor.
Fan
- The office fan is remote-controlled.
- Do not connect to a dimmer switch.
- If it stops responding, check the remote batteries before reporting an issue.
Attic
The attic contains critical infrastructure and is not for resident access.
Gas Furnaces
- High-temperature gas equipment.
- Do not store items in the attic.
- Contact management immediately if you smell gas or hear unusual noise.
Hot Water System
Located on exterior wall.
- In cold weather, allow faucets to drip to prevent freezing.
- If hot water fails:
- Check for gas supply.
- Confirm unit display is powered.
- Report via maintenance form if unresolved.

Irrigation System
- Automated system runs on schedule.
- Do not manually adjust timers without approval.
- Report leaks immediately.
Laundry
Shared resource. Keep it efficient.
Inventory
- Detergent and cleaning supplies are stocked.
- If supplies are low, log it in the maintenance sheet.
- Remove clothes promptly after cycle completes.
Kitchen & Dining
High-use shared space. Cleanliness is mandatory.
Inventory
- Shared cookware must be returned clean and dry.
- Label personal food.
- Expired food may be discarded weekly.

Gardening
Plants and flowerbeds
- Do not remove or replant without coordination.

Reporting Issues
If you notice:

- Structural damage
- Broken appliances
Report immediately via:

- Direct message to management for urgent issues
Emergency issues should be reported immediately.
